Pentart Dekor Varnish in Matte or Silky Shine finishes are water-based varnishes which protect chalky painted project surfaces. Dekor Varnish is perfect applied on wood, decoupaged projects such as papier mache, furniture and also mixed media or collage art. Silky Shine has a finish similar to a satin finish. Not too glossy. 

How to apply:

Apply with a soft brush. Let dry completely before touching. May apply an additional coat. Allow to dry between applications. 

Protect from frost.
