November 30, 2024 - We have updated our shipping policy and fees - Due to increased shipping and packaging costs our fees and free shipping minimums have increased for certain regions of the USA including regions in the West, Southwest, Northwest, NY, New England area, Alaska, Hawaii...Please see our policy for your individual state below. We are online only. We are located in St. Augustine, Florida, 32095, USA on the Atlantic coast. Destinations we ship to:

  • We ship to USA only.
  • We do not ship internationally due to costs and customs delays and issues. 
  • NO FREIGHT FORWARDING. We do not ship via any freight forwarding services. 
  • NO DROPSHIPPING! 
  • All USA wide shipping fees are listed below.
  • Order Processing Timelines:

  • We ship on weekdays only. We process and ship orders in the order they are received. We usually ship within one to two business days. Please read below.*

We do not profit from shipping. We almost always need to cover the costs over what customers pay for shipping. Shipping and packaging costs are higher now. When customers receive free shipping, this means we’re paying $7 to $20+ to ship packages. We provide clean, new, proper, protective packaging and will never skimp on a thoughtfully packaged order experience. 

  • *IMPORTANT! We will need an additional 2 to 4 business days, to ship orders during new product releases, during the busy holiday seasons and when we run sales. This does not include holidays or weekends. We are a small family business--not a large company.

  • NOTE: Keep in mind that UPS and USPS close for many government holidays. We do not ship on government holidays. 
  • By placing an order with us, you agree to these shipping terms and estimated timelines.
  • My Victorian Heart is online only.
  • We do not offer pickup or delivery at this time. 
  • All orders are always thoughtfully packaged with care.

Shipping Services, Fees and Destinations Information

USA Shipping Services:

  • We ship primarily with UPS and US Postal Service.
  • We also ship via US Priority Mail. Please NOTE the USPS does not guarantee 2-day delivery. They sometimes experience delays, especially during the holiday season. 
  • USPS Tracking may sometimes take 24 hours or more to update and show movement on your package(s). USPS Tracking sometimes does not update or show a delivery date at all. This is beyond our control. 
  • We do utilize US Postal Service for small items via USPS First Class Mail, which is now called USPS Ground Advantage service, to help you save on shipping items that can ship via USPS Ground Advantage, such as rice papers and light weight items.
  • We will ship via USPS if UPS is more expensive to your zip code. 
  • We are not responsible for transit delays once packages are in the possession of the carriers. It is the carrier's responsibility.
  • WE OFFER EXPEDITED UPS SHIPPING SERVICES for USA - We offer the option to purchase calculated UPS expedited services such as 2 day and 3-day services. The estimated timelines are per UPS. We are not responsible for the carrier's transit delays. 
  • UPS does not guarantee their 2-day or 3-day delivery timelines. They only guarantee their overnight or 1 day delivery.

  • $7.95 Flat Rate for First Class light packages
  • $9.95 for purchases up to $148.99  
  • FREE for purchases of $149 or more.

    • $5.95 Flat Rate for First Class light packages 
    • $7.95 for purchases up to $44.99
    • FREE for purchases $45 or more.
    All remaining states:
    • $5.95 Flat Rate for First Class light packages
    • $8.95 for purchases up to $74.99
    • FREE for purchases $75 or more

      Shipping Notifications

      • You will receive a shipping notification via email or text, depending on what notification preferences you signed up to receive.
      • You will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification. 
      • Please check your email spam, junk or promotions folders if you do not see shipping notifications or order confirmations from us.
