Tuesday, October 8, 2024 - WE ARE OPEN and a SHIPPING UPDATE: Hi dear creative friends. A few notes:
- We are open and processing orders. Orders received today by 4:45pm EST will ship via UPS. We cannot ship via US Mail as our carrier has already picked up today.
- We do not plan to close our website. We will update this information as necessary.
- All orders received through Monday, October 7 have shipped. Please keep in mind that weather can affect transit times once shipments leave our hands. This is out of our control.
- All pending orders awaiting restocks will ship as soon as we receive the restocks which are arriving in staggered shipments. This also depends on the carriers or any possible delays due to the storm.
Thank you to everyone for your thoughtful wishes for us. 💝 We will be ok. Please continue to pray for the people over on the Gulf coast side of Florida. 🙏 We expect Tropical Storm to Category 1 conditions in our area between Wednesday, October 9 and Thursday, October 10.

Sunday, October 6, 2024 - Hi dear creative friends. SHIPPING INFO and HURRICANE MILTON. We are OPEN as are ONLINE ONLY. We have no plans to close our website but check here or at the top pink banner of any of our site pages for updates this week.
1) All pending orders awaiting shipment from us will ship Monday, October 7th. We hope by getting them in transit tomorrow will get them out of the region before the storm arrives over here on the northeast Atlantic side of Florida in St. Augustine/Jacksonville areas. We have no control over delays caused by weather events.
2) If you have a RESERVED order awaiting restocks of any kind to arrive, they will ship as soon as we receive them. The storm may delay this. We expect more restocks of a couple of different brands in by October 10, 2024, however, they may be delayed by Hurricane Milton.
3) PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROMOTIONS/JUNK or SPAM FOLDERS IF YOU DO NOT SEE SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS, ORDER CONFIRMATIONS from us.
4) NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER(s): If you did not agree to receive marketing/email or SMS/text notifications from us on our website, you will not receive these notifications. - Do you know when the holiday release will be? No, we do not yet have a public release date. When IOD publicly announces the release date, we will be able to share this information, too.
- What is in the holiday release? We cannot share those details. When the IOD company publicly reveals the new products, we can share these details then.
- Can we do pre-orders of the holiday release? We cannot accept pre-orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.
