December 31, 2024 - Happy New Year dear creative friends! We are now open and are shipping. Also, and important note about shipping water-based art products during freezing weather across the USA.
- We are now open and have resumed shipping as of December 30, 2024. Any orders received on December 31 - January 1 will ship January 2 forward.
- ‼️ We will hold off on shipping any water-based art products from today through most of January.‼️ Extreme cold weather is forecast for the east coast of the USA into the southern states along with other regions in the USA. See article here. We are in northeast Florida and do experience frosts up here some winters. We cannot ship water-based products during extreme cold weather. For example: decoupage varnishes and glues, other glues, any acrylic paints/products, snow pastes, glitter pastes/pens, glaze pastes, gels, bonding primers, primers, etc... anything water-based. All of these water-based products state "Protect from frost" on their labels and in our product listings and informational flyers. These products can be damaged in freezing weather. If frozen then thawed, they can be chunky and don't mix or perform well. Although we wrap products in many layers this won't protect water-based products in freezing temperatures. Tuesday, October 8, 2024 - WE ARE OPEN and a SHIPPING UPDATE: Hi dear creative friends. A few notes:
- We are open and processing orders. Orders received today by 4:45pm EST will ship via UPS. We cannot ship via US Mail as our carrier has already picked up today.
- We do not plan to close our website. We will update this information as necessary.
- All orders received through Monday, October 7 have shipped. Please keep in mind that weather can affect transit times once shipments leave our hands. This is out of our control.
- All pending orders awaiting restocks will ship as soon as we receive the restocks which are arriving in staggered shipments. This also depends on the carriers or any possible delays due to the storm.

Sunday, October 6, 2024 - Hi dear creative friends. SHIPPING INFO and HURRICANE MILTON. We are OPEN as are ONLINE ONLY. We have no plans to close our website but check here or at the top pink banner of any of our site pages for updates this week.
1) All pending orders awaiting shipment from us will ship Monday, October 7th. We hope by getting them in transit tomorrow will get them out of the region before the storm arrives over here on the northeast Atlantic side of Florida in St. Augustine/Jacksonville areas. We have no control over delays caused by weather events.
2) If you have a RESERVED order awaiting restocks of any kind to arrive, they will ship as soon as we receive them. The storm may delay this. We expect more restocks of a couple of different brands in by October 10, 2024, however, they may be delayed by Hurricane Milton.
3) PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROMOTIONS/JUNK or SPAM FOLDERS IF YOU DO NOT SEE SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS, ORDER CONFIRMATIONS from us.

- Can we do pre-orders of the holiday release? We cannot accept pre-orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.
