‼️IMPORTANT - WE ARE RECEIVING SERVICE ALERTS FROM THE SHIPPING CARRIERS RE: DELAYS AT THEIR DISTRIBUTION HUBS IN SOME REGIONS DUE TO WINTER STORMS and EXTREME WEATHER. ❄️🥶 Water-based art products are prone to freezing at 32°F or below.❄️ We recommend shipment when the weather is not freezing. Shipments can be delayed, packages may be subject to freezing weather while in transit, etc... If you elect to have your water-based products shipped during freezing weather, you assume all risks/damages to your product(s).

If you order water-based products, here are your OPTIONS: 

• You are welcome to order them, and we will hold them for you then ship when your region's weather improves. 
• You can cancel the water-based products within your order, and we will issue a refund for those water-based products. We will ship any solvent-based or non-water-based products to you from your order. 
• You are welcome to cancel your entire order, and we will issue a refund.
