Refund policy
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want beloved customers to have a happy experience at My Victorian Heart. We accept returns and exchanges under the following terms for USA customers.
Please contact us within: 3 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery. We allow 21 days for returns to arrive during the busy holiday shipping season.
- We can provide a pre-paid shipping return label for you. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.Β
- Refunds are issued upon receipt of your return unless otherwise arranged with us.Β
- Please provide a tracking number for your return if you purchase your own shipping label.
- We do not accept cancellations. Returns are not accepted for buyers' remorse.
- Please know it is always okay to contact us if you have any problems with your order.
- We are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected packages under the care of the UPS, US Postal Service or other shipping services. We do provide tracking, and purchases are insured for this purpose. We will step in and help try to track, recover or place a trace on misdirected or lost packages. We never leave our beloved customers hanging.Β
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened and/or used products, including Pentart, Iron Orchid Designs Moulds, Stamps, Transfers or Air Dry Clay, Ink or any other IOD product in which new packaging is compromised. If an Iron Orchid Designs Product is defective, we will provide an exchange of equal value, store credit or refund upon return of the defective item within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.Β
- We do not except returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that you did not purchase from our company.Β
- Any product that has been altered, cut apart, used is not eligible for return. This includes any and all decoupage paper, rice paper, washipaper, tissue paper, transfers, stencils, etc...Β
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
