Pentart Decoupage Varnish and Glue with Glitter is a water-based varnish and glue in one for decoupage projects with fine glitter with pretty sparkle. Perfect for holiday projects. Creates a glittery, waterproof finish. Goes on smoothly and easily. Can be applied underneath and on top of your decoupage rice papers. Soak regular paper before gluing it. On the top, apply from the center moving to the sides removing the air bubbles.
