We fell in love with this beautiful decoupage paper from Calambour Italy's Catherine Klein Collection. There are garlands of gorgeous roses and angels gracing a French frame with typography on an aged background. The roses on this design are exquisite. 

This is not rice paper. This is standard decoupage paper with a touch of sheen.

Catherine Klein is a beloved Victorian era botanical artist. She was a master of the painted rose.

To decoupage with this paper, gently mist the paper very lightly with water prior to decoupage application to avoid bubbles and wrinkles.

This paper is also lovely framed.
