Pentart Snow Paste is a water-based, white paste with textured particles for creating a snowy effect on your projects. Combine with our Ice Crystal Paste and Pens for a realistic, sparkling snowy landscape. Can also be applied with stencils. 

How to apply:

Apply with a palette knife, dab or sponge on or brush onto surface. Use to create snowy landscapes inside and on ornaments, papier mache, Christmas villages, miniatures and more.
