November 30, 2024 - We have updated our shipping policy and fees - Due to increased shipping and packaging costs our fees and free shipping minimums have increased for certain regions of the USA including regions in the West, Southwest, Northwest, NY, New England area, Alaska, Hawaii...Please see our policy for your individual state below. We are online only. We are located in St. Augustine, Florida, 32095, USA on the Atlantic coast. Destinations we ship to:

****IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ--->We will need an additional 2 to 4 business days to ship orders during new product releases, during the busy holiday seasons and when we run sales. This timeline does not include any holidays or weekends. We are a small family business.****
- NOTE: Keep in mind that UPS and USPS close for many government holidays. We do not ship on government holidays.

Shipping Services, Fees and Destinations Information
USA Shipping Services:
- We ship primarily with UPS and US Postal Service.
- We also ship via US Priority Mail. Please NOTE the USPS does not guarantee 2-day delivery. They sometimes experience delays, especially during the holiday season.
- USPS Tracking may sometimes take 24 or more to update and show movement on your package(s). USPS Tracking sometimes does not update or show a delivery date. This is beyond our control.
- We do utilize US Postal Service for small items via First Class Mail, which is called Ground Advantage service, to help you save on shipping items that can ship via First Class, such as rice papers and light weight items.
- We will ship via USPS if UPS is more expensive to your zip code.
- We are not responsible for transit delays once packages are in the possession of the carriers. It is the carrier's responsibility.
- WE OFFER EXPEDITED UPS SHIPPING SERVICES for USA - We offer the option to purchase calculated UPS expedited services such as 2 day and 3-day services. The estimated timelines are per UPS. We are not responsible for the carrier's transit delays.
- USA SHIPPING FEES are as follows according to your region/state:
AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, ID, IL, IA, ME, MA, MN, MT, NH, NV, NM, ND, NY, OH, OK, OR, RI, SD, TX, UT, VT, WA, WI, WY, US Territories, Armed Forces.
- $7.95 Flat Rate for First Class light packages
- $9.95 for purchases up to $148.99
- FREE for purchases of $149 or more.

- $5.95 Flat Rate for First Class light packages
- $7.95 for purchases up to $44.99
- FREE for purchases $45 or more.
All remaining states:
- $5.95 Flat Rate for First Class light packages
- $8.95 for purchases up to $74.99
- FREE for purchases $75 or more
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- We ship to the following international destinations listed below.*
- We ship via United States Postal Service or UPS.
- WE RECOMMEND UPS as they do not take as long as the US Postal Service.
- Customer pays all customs fees, duties, taxes, etc...as required by your country.
- We do NOT pay any customs fees for customers.
- All international sales are final. We do not accept returns for international orders.
- International shipping rates are calculated for United States Postal Services.
- US First Class International Mail Service up to 4 lbs. (64 ounces) or 1.8 kilograms maximum weight.
- US Priority International Mail Service.
- Choose your preferred international shipping service at checkout.
- You may check tracking through your account here at My Victorian Heart or through your postal service.
- Please understand that once we ship your package, the US Postal Service is responsible for your package.
- We are not responsible for transit times or delivery delays.
- We are not responsible for how long it takes customs to release your package(s) once they arrive in your country. Customs can take several weeks or more to release packages.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected packages after they leave our hands.
Shipping Notifications
- You will receive a shipping notification via email or text, depending on what notification preferences you signed up to receive.
- You will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification.
- Please check your email spam, junk or promotions folders if you do not see shipping notifications or order confirmations from us.

Returns & exchanges
Please know you can contact us if you have any issues with your order. We are always glad to help you.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns, offer exchanges, store credit or refund if necessary.
- Please contact us within: 7 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- We do not accept cancellations. Returns are not accepted for buyers' remorse.
- Please do contact us if you have any problems with your order.
- We are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected packages under the care of the US Postal Service or other shipping services. We do provide tracking and your purchases are insured for this purpose. We will step in and help try to track, recover or place a trace on misdirected or lost packages. We never leave our beloved customers hanging.
Returns and Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis but we cannot accept returns for the following unless defective:
- Opened and/or used Iron Orchid Designs Moulds, Stamps, Transfers or Air Dry Clay. If an Iron Orchid Designs Product is defective we will provide an exchange of equal value, store credit or refund upon return of the defective item within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
SHIPPING POLICY
ABOUT ORDER CONFIRMATIONS, SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS, TRACKING NUMBERS and ORDER STATUS:
- You will receive an Order Confirmation via email. Please check your junk/spam/promotions folders if you do not see your confirmation in your inbox.
- A Shipping Notification will be emailed to you which will provide your Tracking Number. Please check your junk/spam/promotions folders if you do not see your ship notification in your inbox.
- You may also check the status of your order(s) and tracking through your Customer Account at My Victorian Heart if you opted in to create an account.
