Shipping and Returns Policy

We are online only. We are located in St. Augustine, Florida, 32095, USA on the Atlantic coast. Destinations we ship to:

  • USA

  • Canada

  • Europe

  • Israel

  • Oceania 

All USA wide shipping fees are listed below.

ALL INTERNATIONAL shipping fees are calculated for US Postal International Mail Service. 


  • *UPDATE: as of August 24, 2023, we are shipping orders in 1 to 3 business days. 

  • If you place an order on Friday, Saturday afternoon or Sunday, your order ships out on Monday.  We try to ship orders on Saturdays, but it is a short shipping day as UPS and USPS close early on Saturdays. 

  • We will need an additional two to four business days to ship orders during new product releases, during the busy holiday seasons and when we run sales.

  • NOTE: Keep in mind that UPS and USPS close for many government holidays so we do not ship on government holidays. We post shipping updates on our social media pages and here on our Product News and Events page.

  • By placing an order with us, you agree to these shipping terms and estimated timelines.

  • My Victorian Heart is online only.

  • We do not offer pickup or delivery at this time.

  • All orders are always thoughtfully packaged with care.

Shipping Services, Fees and Destinations Information

USA Shipping Services:

  • We ship primarily with UPS and US Postal Service.

  • We also ship via US Priority Mail. Please NOTE US Priority Mail is not guaranteed 2-day shipping. The USPS does not guarantee 2-day delivery. They sometimes experience delays, especially during the holiday season. 

  • We do utilize US Postal Service for small items via First Class Mail service to help you save on shipping items that can ship via First Class, such as rice papers and light weight items. We will ship via USPS if UPS is more expensive to your zip code. 

  • We are not responsible for transit delays once packages are in the possession of the carriers. 

  • WE OFFER EXPEDITED UPS SHIPPING SERVICES for USA - We offer the option to purchase calculated UPS expedited services such as 2 day and 3-day services. The estimated timelines are per UPS. We are not responsible for the carrier's transit delays. 

Shipping Fees, Shipping Notifications and Tracking Information


We ship via the following US Postal International calculated mail services:

  • US First Class International Mail Service up to 4 lbs. (64 ounces) or 1.8 kilograms maximum weight. 
  • US Priority Express Mail Service
  • Choose your preferred international shipping service at checkout
  • All international postal fees are calculated rates

USA SHIPPING FEES are as follows according to your region/state:


  • $9.95 for purchases up to $74.99

  • $8.95 for purchases between $75 and $98.99 

  • $5.95 Flat Rate for all states for First Class light packages       

  • FREE for purchases of $99 or more.


    • $6.95 for purchases up to $44.99

    • FREE for purchases $45 or more.

    All remaining states:

      • $7.95 for purchases up to $74.99

      • FREE for purchases $75 or more

      • Flat rate shipping fee for all states in USA is $5.95 flat rate for First Class Mail light packages.

        Shipping Notifications

        • You will receive a shipping notification via email or text, depending on what notification preferences you signed up to receive.

        • You will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification. 

        • Please check your email spam, junk or promotions folders if you do not see shipping notifications or order confirmations from us.

        PLEASE check your spam/junk/promotions folders if you do not see your shipping notifications in your inbox.

        Tracking typically updates in the late afternoon to late evening once the carrier accepts your package and it is placed into transit. US Postal Tracking can take 24 or more to update sometimes--sometimes it takes day to update or updates on the day they deliver packages. This is beyond our control. 

        Delivery delays/misdirected/lost/stolen packages: Delays, loss, misdirection or thievery of your packages is the responsibility of the shipping carriers we pay to deliver your packages. We are not the shipping carrier. We do our due diligence in careful packaging, and we will try to help with tracking. Packages are insured and a claim may be filed if your package is not recoverable. NOTE: the carriers have ways to find packages using GPS technology. We have had packages delivered to wrong addresses or stolen and the carrier has found them using this technology.

        Returns & exchanges

        Please know you can contact us if you have any issues with your order. We are always glad to help you. 


        We gladly accept returns, offer exchanges, store credit or refund if necessary.

        • Please contact us within: 7 days of delivery
        • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
        • We do not accept cancellations. Returns are not accepted for buyers' remorse.
        • Please do contact us if you have any problems with your order.
        • We are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected packages under the care of the US Postal Service or other shipping services. We do provide tracking and your purchases are insured for this purpose. We will step in and help try to track, recover or place a trace on misdirected or lost packages. We never leave our beloved customers hanging. 

        Returns and Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis but we cannot accept returns for the following unless defective:

        • Opened and/or used Iron Orchid Designs Moulds, Stamps, Transfers or Air Dry Clay. If an Iron Orchid Designs Product is defective we will provide an exchange of equal value, store credit or refund upon return of the defective item within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. 

        Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We cannot accept returns for:

        • Custom or personalized orders
        • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
        • Digital downloads
        • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
        • Items on sale

        Conditions of return

        Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


        🌎 We are pleased to announce we now package your orders with earth-friendly Hexafil honeycomb cushioning Kraft brown paper by IDL. This paper has cells shaped like honeycombs which expand for cushioning. We no longer use plastic bubble wrap. We try to use recyclable filled air bags for fragile items when necessary. We sometimes find it necessary to wrap very fragile items in bubble wrap.
