My Victorian Heart is online only. We do not currently offer local pick up or delivery. 

We ship to USA destinations only. 

Order Processing Timelines: We currently require 3 to 5 business days to process and ship orders. Please read the following information:

As of November 1, 2022, due to current high order volume, our order processing timelines will take a minimum of 3 to 5 business days. If you order on a Friday in the late afternoon, evening or over the weekend, the order processing timeline begins on the next, upcoming business day. By placing an order with us you accept these terms, or we are glad to cancel your order as we understand you may not wish to wait. We will try our very best to process and ship orders sooner, but this is not guaranteed. We are a very small family business with just two of us processing orders daily. Your order will be thoughtfully packaged and shipped as soon as possible. We take great care in packaging orders at My Victorian Heart. You may check your tracking within your registered account at My Victorian Heart. Tracking typically updates in the late afternoon to late evening once the carrier accepts your package and it is placed into transit.

Volume orders and Custom orders require special timelines. These promised timelines will be established with customers when a custom order is placed. 

Returns & exchanges

Please know you can contact us if you have any issues with your order. We are always glad to help you. 


We gladly accept returns, offer exchanges, store credit or refund if necessary.

  • Please contact us within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • We do not accept cancellations. Returns are not accepted for buyers' remorse.
  • Please do contact us if you have any problems with your order.
  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected packages under the care of the US Postal Service or other shipping services. We do provide tracking and your purchases are insured for this purpose. We will step in and help try to track, recover or place a trace on misdirected or lost packages. We never leave our beloved customers hanging. 

Returns and Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis but we cannot accept returns for the following unless defective:

  • Opened and/or used Iron Orchid Designs Moulds, Stamps, Transfers or Air Dry Clay. If an Iron Orchid Designs Product is defective we will provide an exchange of equal value, store credit or refund upon return of the defective item within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


🌎 We are pleased to announce we now package your orders with earth-friendly Hexafil honeycomb cushioning Kraft brown paper by IDL. This paper has cells shaped like honeycombs which expand for cushioning. We no longer use plastic bubble wrap. We try to use recyclable filled air bags for fragile items when necessary.

Pick Up: We are online only. We do not offer local pick-up at this time. We do not offer delivery at this time.

SHIPPING TIMELINES: WE SHIP FAST! Within 1 business day when order(s) received by early afternoon EST or your order ships the next business day.

We try our very best to ship orders received by early afternoon on business days on the same day. 


  • Florida residents receive Free Shipping on purchases of $39 or more for packages shipping to an address with a Florida zip code. 
  • All other USA residents receive Free Shipping on purchases of $75+.
  • Free shipping is automatically applied at check out when you have the minimum required order total in your shopping cart. No discount code is needed for the Free Shipping offers. 


  • You will receive an Order Confirmation via email. Please check your junk/spam/promotions folders if you do not see your confirmation in your inbox. 
  • A Shipping Notification will be emailed to you which will provide your Tracking Number. Please check your junk/spam/promotions folders if you do not see your ship notification in your inbox. 
  • You may also check the status of your order(s) and tracking through your Customer Account at My Victorian Heart if you opted in to create an account. 

Shipping Services, Fees and Destinations: 

  • We ship primarily via UPS. We occasionally use US Postal Service. Tracking is always provided. We will use USPS mostly for small items or if the USPS cost is better than UPS, but this is rare.
  • Packages are insured. 
  • Orders are always thoughtfully packaged with care in clean, new packaging. 
  • Shipping to Florida residents is FREE with purchase of $39 or more.
  • Shipping is FREE to all other USA destinations for purchases of $75 or more.
  • Orders under $75 pay $6.95 Flat Rate to your respective USA zip codes (except Florida, which is Free to Florida zip codes for purchases of $39+).
  • We do not charge handling fees and do not inflate shipping rates. 
  • We try to offer First Class Mail if items are under 1 lb. however many products once packaged exceed the 1 lb maximum allowable weight for First Class therefore they must ship via UPS or US Priority Mail.
