Pentart Bonding Primer is a water-based primer that helps paint adhere to difficult surfaces like laminate, tiles, aluminum, galvanized tin/metal and other hard to paint surfaces. This bonding primer also prevents further corrosion or rust when applied to metal that rusts. 

How to apply: 

Paint onto surface with a brush.

Preparation and use: 

• Clean surface with alcohol to remove oils, residue prior to Bonding Primer application. 
  

• Brush on an even coat of Pentart Bonding Primer. Use two coats for metal that may corrode or rust.
  

• Clean and remove rust from any surface before applying Bonding Primer.
  

• Paint surface accordingly
