Instructions for Use:

Follow these simple steps to create stunning, detailed molds with Eco Powder:

1.    Preparation: Ensure your mold is clean and dry before use.

2.    Mixing: In a bowl, mix the Eco Powder 1 part water to 3 parts Eco-Powder. 

3.    NOTE: We add a half a part extra powder for added stability of castings. SEE OUR VIDEO in our product listing at MyVictorianHeart.com where we discuss this.

4.    Filling the Mold: Carefully spoon the Eco Powder mixture into your mold. Use a small spatula or brush to spread it evenly and press down to fill all the details of the mold.

5.    Drying: Allow the filled mold to dry completely. This may take several hours or overnight, depending on the thickness of the powder and the humidity level.

6.    Demolding: Gently flex the mold to release the dried Eco Powder creation. If it sticks, let it dry a bit longer and try again.

7.    IMPORTANT: Gypsum based Eco Powder castings are hard to the touch when dry. Just like air dry clays, castings can break or crack when dropped or hit or banged on. The castings are not bendable or pliable and need to be adhered to a flat surface as they cast with flat backs.
