  • Dried Paint Inlays; NOTE: mix 1 part water and 1 part Matte Sealer and place in a fine mister spray bottle and mist you dry paint inlay project twice, drying between misting coats then brush on a full strength 3^rd coast of Matte Sealer. This is a fabulous sealer.
